Free Delivery
Free standard (USPS First Class Mail) delivery is available to all USA customers only. 

Shipping Time
All our packages are shipped within 48 hours of the order date. We strive to ship orders the same day or within one business day. Saturday and Sundays are not included. 

Pre-Order items will be delievered as stated in the item description. Please do not order a pre-order item if you are expecting it to ship out right away.

Delivery Method
We use USPS and UPS to ship our packages. Our main shipping carrier is USPS. UPS can be chosen at checkout for guaranteed overnight shipping (USA only).

Packaging
All orders are shipped in a rigid envelope to ensure that you receive your products undamaged. If you received a product that has been damaged on arrival (DOA), please contact us.
